Introduction-Tyler Crellin

Hello everyone, my name is Tyler Crellin, I am currently a junior here at BGSU and after this semester I will be a senior. I am from Springfield Ohio and graduated high school in 2009. I did varsity bowling during high school, but do not play for the college team here at BG because I do not have the time to. I am majoring in sports management and minoring in communication. This semester I am taking my practicum and working for BG ticketing operations. So if anyone needs tickets for concerts or football games let me know. Its been a crazy busy first week of classes with the home opener.I am going to do my internship in the summer, I have not started looking yet but I am going to start here soon. My graduation date is set for next fall semester. I transferred to here back in 2011 and this is the start of my 5th year in college. When I transferred not all my credits transferred over so that put me behind a little bit. Although I will not graduate when I want to, I will still graduate. I have a passion for sports and after I graduate from BGSU I want to be in charge of media relations for a college or pro team. I have a lot of work ahead of me and am ready to start on my sporting career. The women athlete I choose was Serena Williams and I choose her mostly because I do not know a lot of women athletes. I would like to see Serena play sometime because she is one of the best female athletes around today in any sport. The Male athlete I choose was Adrian Beltre because he is my favorite player on my favorite baseball team the Texas Rangers. I want to see him and the Rangers at there home ballpark in Arlington Texas. I have always liked the rangers and hope to go see them and Adrian in the near future. My goals for myself for this class are that I want to have an A in this course. I am excited to learn more about sports through this class. My other goals are to turn work in early or on time, and complete work at the highest level possible. I hope for a great semester in all my classes.
