Introduction: Anthony Cornwell, Jr.

Hello my name is Anthony Cornwell, Jr. I’m from Youngstown, Ohio. I am a Senior at Bowling Green State University majoring in Sport Management Major, while receiving a Minor in Journalism. Sport can be defined as many things, but my definition of sport is a competition between two people or two sets of people who are attempting to win; also a activity to bring together people and make new friends. My favorite sports are Football, Basketball, and Track & Field. My favorite NFL team is the Pittsburgh Steelers and my favorite college team is the Texas Longhorns, and of course the Bowling Green Falcons. I don’t have a favorite basketball team, I just enjoy the sport. My favorite athlete is LeBron James. I get asked the question of why he is my favorite athlete all the time. The answer is simple; he dominates the game of basketball like no other; also he is a team player first. He is at the top of my list of athletes whom I would pay to watch play. Other athletes I would pay to watch perform are the Pittsburgh Steelers, Devin Hester in his prime and Vince Carter in his prime. These athletes were unstoppable in their primes and are first ballot Hall of Famers in my opinion. Female athletes who I would pay to see are Lolo Jones and Serena Williams. They are still at the top of their games even after being in their sport for a number of years. Sports and athletes are the leaders of the world in my opinion and I believe they are doing a great job at it.
